Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Pack the Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and the invoice are included to prevent any issues during the inspection process.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our designated courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost for valid return claims.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
